SC Vocational Rehab Visit City Hall
The city of Seneca was proud to welcome students from the Oconee County School District that are clients of the Vocational Rehabilitation Center to City Hall. They got a chance to see how graphic art is displayed and used to market and promote city events.. they were trained by Jeff Hopkins the IT specialist that works for the city of Seneca making the events on graphic art really pop.. the students took their time and learned a variety of great things on how graphic art can promote and educate ...
