Seneca Water Plant Receives Envision Silver Award
Seneca’s Water Treatment Plant Improvements project in South Carolina is the recent recipient of the Envision Silver award from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI). The water treatment plant is the third infrastructure project in South Carolina to earn an Envision award from ISI, and is the first to earn a Silver award in the state. WATER LEAK REPAIR!!
On July 19, 2011, Seneca Light and Water will be doing repairs on a water main leak in front of Firehouse Subs on By Pass 123. We are not expecting any problems but there is a possibility of traffic backup in this area between 8 am and 4 pm. Please use caution when traviling in this area. Texaco Country Showdown!
Texaco Country Showdown is coming to Seneca - July 16, 2011 at the Gignilliat Complex! The Show will begin at 7 pm. The Country Showdown begins each Spring with over 450 local talent contests sponsored by country music radio stations throughout the US.
