Seneca Planning Commission Members

The Seneca Planning Commission was created in order to guide and accomplish a coordinated and harmonious development of the city which will, in accordance with existing and future needs, best promote the public health, safety, morals, order, convenience, prosperity, and general welfare, as well as efficiency and economy in the process of development as authorized by South Carolina Code of Laws 1976, Section 6-29-340 and empowered and governed by the City of Seneca Code of Law, Section 19-16.

Meetings of the Planning Commission occur on the third Monday  of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 221 E. North First Street. The deadline for applications is 5:00 p.m. on the dates listed below. Please note meetings are subject to change and may be cancelled if there is no official business to conduct.
