The Seneca Police Department is accepting applications for:

Administrative Assistant

Basic duties include maintaining department financial records, purchase orders, preparing purchase records for accounts payable, maintains confidential personnel records, serves as database administrator and additional clerical tasks as necessary, depending on the needs of the department.

Minimum qualifications:
21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years experience in a related field
Must possess and maintain a valid SC Drivers License
Excellent computer skills/proficiency with Microsoft Office/database software
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Must be able to withstand a rigid background investigation

Interested persons may apply at the Seneca Police Department or the Seneca City Hall Personnel Office. Applications will be accepted through 5:00 p.m., Friday, July 12, 2013.
