The City of Seneca requires a current business license for anyone doing business within the City limits of Seneca. A "business" means a calling, occupation, profession, or activity engaged in with the object of gain, benefit or advantage, either directly or indirectly. A charitable organization shall be deemed a business unless a 501(C) has been filed (the entire process of its operation must be devoted to charitable purposes).
